When her pregnant coworker questioned her about her baby's name, one mother had this issue.

She then wrote on Reddit asking if she was bad for being honest with her coworker and providing context.

“My co-worker is pregnant with her first baby, and she asked me yesterday about her baby name, and things didn't go well,” she said. “We’re not friends, but since we’re both girls and 23 (age), we talk a lot on shift.”

Her coworker thought it would be natural to ask her about her baby's name due to the women's forced closeness. It didn't go her way.

“She asked me if I [had] heard of the name Venus, and I say yes, and she says she's going to name her daughter Venusa with an A,” the woman said

She found it exotic and unique-sounding..." No, it sounds like ‘Vanessa.’”

“She got upset and said no, it doesn't, and that she's asked her boyfriend and parents and they all said it's a name they've never heard of,” she added.
