Fruit Salad Smoothie with Macadamia Nuts 

This smoothie and salad combines summer fruits like mango and muskmelon to keep you hydrated, and the addition of macadamia nuts makes it a weight-loss drink. Look at the recipe.  

​A glass of nutrition​ 

100 gms mango, 1 banana, 50 gms musk melon, 100 ml yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp macadamia nuts, and sugar to taste

​Ingredients required ​ 

Wash, peel, and chop the mango into small dices.

Step 1

Peel the bananas and cut them into small slices.

​Step 2​

Wash, peel, and dice muskmelon cubes as well.

​Step 3 

Put them all in a blender jar and give it a gentle blend.

​Step 4​ 

Add yogurt, vanilla extract, macadamia nuts, and sugar to taste. Blend into a smoothie.

Pour in a serving glass, and top it with some more macadamia nuts. Enjoy!
